B. Type and scope of data processing in detail
1. Processing of access data
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We only store the following access data in so-called server log files: Host name of the accessing computer IP address (anonymized) Date and time of the website access Browser type Operating system Referrer URL (i.e. the website you visited previously) The IP address can be personal data, because it can be used to identity the associated owner of the internet access by information of the respective internet provider. However, we only store and process the IP address in anonymized form, so that it no longer has any personal reference. The server log data will be deleted after 90 days.
2. Data processing to handle your requests
This data is only processed for this correspondence with you and for the purpose for which you have given us the data in each case in the context of this communication, such as to respond to your inquiry or to contact you at your request. The legal basis for this kind of processing is your consent, Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. Insofar as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR. After your inquiry has been completely dealt with, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of any retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data.
C. Your rights
You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data by us:
1. Withdrawal of consent given
You can withdraw any consent given to us at any time with effect for the future.
2. Right of access
You have a right to confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed. In addition, you have the right to access to the information pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR.
3. Right to rectification and erasure
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified and incomplete personal data completed in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, and to have your personal data deleted if the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR are met.
4. Right to restriction of processing
You can restrict the processing of your personal data under the conditions set out in Art. 18 GDPR.
5. Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You also have the right, insofar as this is technically feasible, to have us transfer this data to another controller at your instruction. The right to data portability only exists for personal data where the processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR and the processing is carried out by automated means. The right to data portability shall not be granted if this would impair the rights and freedoms of other persons (e.g. personal data of third parties, our business and trade secrets or copyrights).
6. Right to object
Pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, insofar as this is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. e) or f) GDPR. In the event of your objection, we will no longer process this data unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims. The assertion of all of the above rights is generally free of charge for you. However, in the case of manifestly unfounded or - especially in the case of frequent repetition - excessive requests regarding the rights under 2. to 6. above, we may, in accordance with Art. 12 (5) GDPR, either a. charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested; or b. refuse to act on the request.
7. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that we are not properly fulfilling our obligations under data protection law, you can contact the data protection supervisory authorities at any time.
D. Obligation to provide data
There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide us with personal data. However, for those data that are absolutely necessary for the provision of the respective service, the provision is necessary if you wish to use these services. As from July 2022
